The whole property
No shared corridors, no lobby, no key cards. You get the front door and everything behind it for the length of your stay.
Serviced accommodation
A whole place to yourselves for the weekend or the week. More room than a hotel, a kitchen for the fussy eaters, and a washing machine for whatever happens on day two.
Two adults and two children in a hotel means either a cramped family room or two rooms and a corridor between you. Add breakfast for four and a week of eating out, and the bill gets silly quickly.
One of our apartments or houses gives you separate bedrooms, a living room to collapse in once everyone's asleep, and a kitchen so breakfast costs what breakfast should cost. There's a washing machine, which anyone travelling with a toddler will understand the value of immediately.
We're well placed for a Manchester weekend — the city centre for shopping and gigs, Trafford for the football and the Trafford Centre, Stockport and the Peak District edge for something quieter, and the airport within easy reach for the night before an early flight.
For a weekend or a week
No shared corridors, no lobby, no key cards. You get the front door and everything behind it for the length of your stay.
Oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher at most properties and enough crockery for everyone. Eat in when you want to, out when you fancy it.
Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates on request at no extra charge. Just tell us ages when you book so it's there on arrival.
Driveways and allocated bays at most of our suburban stays, so a city break doesn't start with an argument about the car park.
Self check-in means a 10pm arrival after traffic on the M6 is fine. No reception desk, no waiting.
The cleaning fee is already in the price. So is the Wi-Fi, the linen and the electricity. What we quote is what you pay.
Questions
No. Cleaning is included in the price we quote you. We think adding it at checkout is a slightly grubby habit and we've never done it.
Several of our houses sleep six comfortably. Larger groups we'll try to accommodate across two nearby properties — just ask.
Depends where you stay. We send a short local guide before you arrive with the parks, soft plays and family-friendly places we'd actually send our own families to.
Yes, and they book up early. If you're coming for a fixture at Old Trafford or the Etihad, get your enquiry in as far ahead as you can.
