If your team is on site for more than a couple of weeks, hotels stop making sense. Four people in four rooms costs a fortune, everyone eats out every night, and the expenses take longer to process than the job.
Put the same four people in one of our houses and you have a kitchen, a washing machine, a living room and a table big enough to work at. The nightly cost drops sharply, food costs drop further, and morale is noticeably better by week three.
We work with main contractors, engineering firms, consultancies, film and broadcast production, and plenty of one-person-band contractors on long placements. The paperwork flexes to suit — purchase orders, invoicing in arrears, or a simple card payment if that's easier.

Wi-Fi you can actually work on
Full-fibre broadband in every property, with a desk and a proper chair. Video calls hold up, and so do large file uploads at 6pm.

Parking for vans and cars
Most of our houses have a driveway or allocated bay, and we'll tell you exactly how many vehicles fit before you book, not after.

Near the work, not the tourist bit
We cover all ten boroughs. Tell us the site postcode and we'll suggest what's genuinely close, including the drive time at 7am.

Rolling extensions
Projects slip. Give us as much notice as you can and we'll extend you in place, or move you somewhere nearby if the calendar won't allow it.

Cleaned on a schedule
Weekly or fortnightly cleans and linen changes on longer bookings, done by our own teams and timed around your shifts.

Good to know
Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. We raise a VAT invoice to your business with a purchase order reference, and we can work to 30 day terms on established accounts. New clients usually pay the first booking up front and move to terms after that.
What if the project overruns?
Tell us as early as you can. In most cases we extend you in the same property at the same rate. If it's already booked, we move you somewhere comparable nearby and handle the changeover.
Can different staff use the property across the booking?
Yes — rotating crews are common. We just need a named lead contact and a heads-up on changeover days so cleaning and linen can be scheduled around them.
Do you have properties near specific sites?
Send us the postcode. We cover all ten Greater Manchester boroughs and will tell you honestly whether we have something close, rather than putting you 40 minutes away and hoping you don't notice.
