Why we do this at all
We built it because we couldn't find one good enough
Running serviced accommodation means a property has to be perfect by 3pm, every time, regardless of what the last guest did to it. We went through several cleaning companies before deciding to hire and train our own team.
That team now takes outside work. The standard is the one we need for our own guests, which is a higher bar than most rental cleans are held to — and because the cleaners are employed rather than subcontracted, you get the same people at your property each time.
We work across all ten Greater Manchester boroughs, quote fixed prices rather than hourly estimates that drift, and send photo confirmation on every changeover so you know it's done before your guest arrives.

Can I book cleaning without staying with you?
Yes. Our cleaning arm is a standalone service — most of our cleaning clients are landlords, letting agents and Airbnb hosts who have never booked a stay with us.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, everything is included as standard. If you would prefer we use specific products in your property, tell us and we will.
Do you do same-day changeovers?
That is most of our cleaning work. We handle same-day Airbnb turnarounds with linen, restock and photo confirmation sent to you once the property is guest-ready.
Are you insured?
Yes — public liability insurance covers all our cleaning and maintenance work, and we can send the certificate over if you need it for your records.
How much does a clean cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the type of clean. Changeovers are priced per visit, deep and end-of-tenancy cleans are quoted after we know the bed and bathroom count. Send us the details and you will get a fixed price, not an hourly estimate that drifts.
