Most commercial cleaning contracts fail on consistency

The first month is immaculate. By month four the good cleaner has been moved to a bigger account, staff turnover has kicked in, and you're dealing with someone different every week who doesn't know where anything is or what your priorities are.

We work differently, mostly because we're small enough to. Cleaners are employed by us and assigned to specific sites, so the same people clean your building. You get a named contact who knows the site, and a schedule agreed up front that we actually stick to.

We take on offices, communal areas in residential blocks, small retail units, salons, clinics and end-of-lease commercial cleans. If your site needs a team of forty overnight we're not the right firm, and we'll tell you that rather than overpromise.

How we work

What a contract with us looks like

01

The same faces

Cleaners assigned to your site rather than rotated round a roster. They learn the building, the alarm code and what matters to you.

02

Out of hours

Before you open, after you close, or over the weekend. Communal areas and offices are usually easier cleaned when nobody's in them.

03

A schedule in writing

Exactly what gets done daily, weekly and monthly, agreed at the start. No ambiguity about whether the windows were in scope.

04

Communal areas and blocks

Entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, corridors, bin stores and shared kitchens for managing agents and freeholders.

05

Insured and checked

Full public liability cover, DBS-checked staff, method statements and risk assessments where your site requires them.

06

No long lock-in

30 days' notice on standard contracts. We'd rather keep the work by doing it properly than by holding you to a three-year term.

How it works

From enquiry to keys

  1. 01

    Site walk-round

We come and look. Accurate quotes for commercial work don't happen over email alone.

  2. 02

    Scope and schedule

A written specification of what's cleaned, how often, and what it costs per month.

  3. 03

    Team assigned

Named cleaners for your site, plus a supervisor contact you can reach directly.

  4. 04

    Reviewed quarterly

We check the spec still matches what you need, and adjust it rather than letting it drift.

Questions

Good to know

What size of contract do you take on?

Small to mid-sized sites — offices, residential blocks, retail units, clinics and salons. If you need a forty-person overnight team for a distribution centre, we're honestly not the right firm and we'll say so.

Can you clean outside working hours?

Yes, and most of our commercial work is done early morning, evening or weekends. Key holding and alarm arrangements are straightforward to set up.

Are your staff insured and checked?

Yes — full public liability insurance and DBS-checked cleaners. We can provide certificates, method statements and risk assessments for your records.

How long is the contract?

Standard terms are 30 days' notice either way. We don't use long lock-ins, because a contract you can leave is a decent incentive for us to keep the standard up.

Do you clean communal areas in apartment blocks?

Regularly — entrance halls, stairwells, lifts, corridors and bin stores for managing agents, freeholders and residents' associations.
