Limescale and hard water
Taps, showerheads, screens, tiles and toilets treated properly rather than wiped over. In this part of the world it builds up faster than people expect.
Cleaning services
The once-a-year reset. Behind it, under it and inside it — all the jobs that never make it onto a weekly clean and quietly get worse for eighteen months.
A regular clean keeps a property presentable. It doesn't touch the limescale building up under the taps, the grease film on top of the kitchen units, the grout going grey in the shower, or whatever has been living behind the fridge since you moved in.
A deep clean does. We work top to bottom through every room — light fittings, ceiling corners, door frames, radiators, skirtings, inside every cupboard and appliance, and all the way into the corners a mop never reaches.
Most people book one before moving in, after building work, when a property has stood empty, before putting a house on the market, or simply once a year because it genuinely does make the place feel different to live in.
Where it goes deeper
Taps, showerheads, screens, tiles and toilets treated properly rather than wiped over. In this part of the world it builds up faster than people expect.
Scrubbed back rather than sprayed and hoped over. Where sealant has gone past saving we'll tell you so you can get it replaced.
Oven, hob, extractor and filter, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher filter and washing machine drawer and seal.
Appliances and furniture moved where it's safe to do so, and cleaned behind. This is usually the part that surprises people.
Light fittings, ceiling corners, cobwebs, curtain rails, door tops, frames, switches, sockets, radiators and skirtings.
Dust from building work, or a property that's stood empty for months. Both need a different approach and more than one pass.
Questions
A regular clean maintains a property. A deep clean resets it — inside appliances and cupboards, behind furniture, limescale, grout, and everything from the light fittings down to the skirtings.
A one-bed flat is typically half a day with a team of two; a three or four-bed house is usually a full day. We price by the job, so it doesn't cost more if it takes longer.
No. Plenty of jobs are done with a key from a safe or a neighbour. We'll send photos on completion either way.
Yes, and it's a common request. Construction dust needs several passes and different equipment, so tell us up front and we'll price it as a post-build clean.
On request, at no extra cost. Some heavy limescale and oven work does need stronger products — we'll tell you where that applies.
