What it actually is
A short-term stay sits between a hotel and a tenancy. You get a whole self-contained property with a kitchen, living room, washing machine and proper beds, but you book it by the night, week or month with no tenancy agreement and no utility accounts to open.
For anyone staying more than a few nights it works out cheaper than a hotel and considerably less miserable. You can cook, do your washing, spread paperwork over a table and have people round. For companies it's simpler too: one invoice, one point of contact, and no expense claims for room service.
We own or directly manage everything we let, and repairs go to our own maintenance team rather than a contractor's waiting list. If something goes wrong you're speaking to the people who can fix it.
Who we look after
Same standard of property throughout. The difference is the length of stay, the paperwork and who's paying.
Whole properties for teams on site. Invoiced to the company, priced by the week or month, and close to wherever the job is.
A settled base while you find a house or while yours is being put right. Flexible end dates because these things rarely run to plan.
More space than a hotel for less money, with a kitchen, a washing machine and somewhere to put the pram.
